The certificate recognises CEWE for the fifth time for its outstanding commitment in the key areas of leadership, health, diversity, competence, sustainability and digitalisation. CEWE shows how companies can combine a strong organisational culture with economic success and social responsibility. ‘The innovative measures in the areas of diversity, health and leadership are groundbreaking and set standards for other companies. This commitment makes CEWE a fully deserving FUTURE FESTIVAL once again,’ says Lutz Stratmann.

Andreas Kluge, Managing Director at CEWE's Oldenburg site, is delighted with the recertification: ‘The certificate is a great testament to our forward-looking collaboration with the works council at CEWE. Thanks to the jointly developed framework conditions, our employees can concentrate on innovation, value creation and teamwork.

CEWE received another recertification in December: for the fourth time in a row, berufundfamilie Service GmbH awarded the company the berufundfamilie audit quality seal. The certificate with distinction stands for the special recognition of long-standing, sustainable family and life-phase-conscious personnel policies.

‘The two certificates encourage us in our efforts to create and live a corporate culture that includes all employees in different phases of life and with different needs,’ emphasises Marion Gerdes, Head of Human Resources at CEWE's German photofinishing locations. Measures such as the fledgling GROW management development programme, comprehensive health management, the company's own ‘cewelino’ day care centre, regular holiday childcare and systematic personnel development via the CEWE Academy have all been incorporated into the certifications and were praised by the awarding institutes.
