Are the job offers up-to-date?
Yes, the positions offered in the Job Exchange are always up-to-date. The job postings are deactivated promptly when vacancies are filled.
Are there application deadlines for the jobs offered?
No, there is no deadline for applications. As long as the position is advertised, we would be happy to receive your application.
Who can I contact if I want further information on a vacancy, and who do I send my application to?
The contact data of the responsible person can be found at the bottom of every job posting. You are free to contact this person with any questions you may have on the job which interests you, and you can send your application to this person.
What is the best way to apply?
An online application is most effective. It is the easiest method, both for you and for us. Simply click the “Apply” button on the bottom left of the respective job posting on our Careers page.
What documents should I submit with my application?
As a minimum, we need a cover letter, your CV and any relevant certificates. Where relevant for the position in question, you can also submit samples of your work. And of course you are free to use design elements to give your application a personal touch and to present yourself as you wish.
I couldn’t find a job vacancy that was right for me – what now?
It goes without saying that if you didn’t find a suitable job advertised on our site, we would be glad to receive a speculative application. If you want to apply speculatively for an internship, please specify which area of the company you would like to work in and when you would be available.
What happens when I have sent off my application?
You will be notified by e-mail as soon as we have received your application. Please be patient, as it may take some time to process your application. We will, of course, contact you immediately and proactively as soon as there is any change in the status of your application.
Can I be sure that CEWE will treat my application as confidential?
It goes without saying that CEWE complies with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation. For further details, please see our privacy policy, which is displayed when you apply for a job with us.
How long will CEWE store my data?
You are free to withdraw your application at any time, in which case we will delete your data. If you do not exercise this right, your data will remain in our database for a maximum of twelve months from conclusion of the hiring process. After this, we will anonymise your data and use it only for statistical evaluation.
