28.04.2023 Last Call for the CEWE Photo Award 2023: Submit your photos now and win

Whether expressive portraits, spectacular architecture or animal motifs: hundreds of thousands of photos from all over the world make the CEWE Photo Award one of the most popular international photo competitions. Especially in the current times, the motto "Our world is beautiful" is of immense importance: we find beauty on our doorstep, when traveling to distant countries and cultures, and above all in nature, which shows how worth protecting our world is. Even more important to capture the magic of the moment again and again from new perspectives.

Participants can submit up to 100 photos in the following ten categories: "Landscapes", "People", "Nature", "Architecture and Technology", "Sports", "Cooking and Food", "Hobby and Leisure", "Animals", "Travel and Culture" and "Aerial Photos". Chaired by the renowned Swiss photographer Michel Comte, the top-class jury will decide who will win the coveted trophy - the CEWE Photo Award 2023 - in the respective category. The 1,000 first-place winners can look forward to prizes with a total value of over 250,000 euros. The SOS Children's Villages worldwide have already won: for every photo submitted, CEWE donates 10 cents to an educational project of the Children's Charity, this year to the EduCare Baidoa project in Somalia.
