Employee stock option programme
CEWE has an attractive employee stock option programme under which employees can acquire free shares. Staying fit is good for your health and wellbeing. Our employees can take advantage of a wide range of sporting activities offered by the company or with its cooperation partners. For example, for just €15 per month, you can become a member of Hansefit, provider of our company-based fitness programme. This allows you to take advantage of many health and wellness offerings from partners in the cooperation.
Childcare
In its large in-house crèche “cewelino,” CEWE offers all employees at its Oldenburg site childcare for their children from the age of eight weeks to three years (kindergarten age). For children of school age, we offer at least two weeks of childcare in Oldenburg during the summer holidays, directly on the company premises.
Company bikes
At CEWE, you can take advantage of the BUSINESS BIKE leasing programme. You choose the bike you want from a specialist bicycle dealer. The monthly deferred compensation depends on the retail price and the resulting leasing rate including all-round coverage. For a period of 36 months, the running costs are deducted from your gross salary in the form of a monthly deferred compensation. In this way, you save on tax and social security contributions.
Flexible working hours
We go with the times when it comes to working hours: We offer a flexible working hour model, many part-time work agreements, and we actively support mobile working.

Occupational health management
Occupational health management is an important aspect in our company: we offer occupational integration management, individual employee support, a wide range of seminars, inspiring workshops, informative presentations, company fitness programmes and comprehensive information on health topics. For example, we hold a health week or several health days. Here, employees can learn more about health-related topics. There is a different motto for every day, for example nutrition, check-ups, exercise, mindfulness and safety.
Workwear
Once a year, anyone employed by the company for at least 6 months receives a voucher worth €150 for the selection and purchase of company workwear. We have a wide range of garments, such as T-shirts, polo shirts, jackets, blouses, shirts and more.
Company pension
CEWE offers its employees the chance to make provision for retirement and against occupational disability. This allows them to maintain their accustomed standard of living during their retirement years and should they become unable to work. Many employees are already taking advantage of our attractive offers and the added security this provides. We have collaborated closely with the company Status – Gesellschaft für intelligente Vergütung mbH – here for many years.
Regular employee surveys
CEWE has been conducting regular employee satisfaction surveys at its plants in Germany for many years. The answers provide us with valuable information that is incorporated into leadership and organisational development at CEWE.
Staff restaurant
In our staff restaurant, we offer a choice of breakfast options and a wide range of lunch dishes, including a salad bar, desserts and a selection of snacks. CEWE subsidises the restaurant in Oldenburg, which means that you receive unbeatable value for money.
Company cars
Depending on their position within the company, CEWE provides company cars for some employees.
Parking
There are sufficient parking spaces available at all our sites. At the Oldenburg site, employees can recharge their e-vehicles at our charging stations during working hours.
